여름학기 등록하신분들은 참석 필수입니다

이번 여름 학기 오리엔테이션은 BCA 대비반, SAT Intensive, SAT Weekend, SAT PM 수업에 등록한 학생들의 학부모님을 위한 필수 일정입니다.

오리엔테이션에서는 여름 학기 수업 구성, 학습 전략, 출결 규정, 시험 일정 등 반드시 알아야 할 핵심 사항들을 안내해 드릴 예정입니다.

오리엔테이션은 Palisades Park 및 Closter 캠퍼스에서 진행되며, 평일과 주말 일정 중 선택하여 참석하실 수 있습니다. 일정은 계속 추가될 예정이므로, 이메일로 발송되는 안내를 확인하시고 가능한 날짜에 참석해 주시기 바랍니다.

또한, 여름 학기 수업비 납부 및 레벨 테스트는 반드시 6월 1일까지 완료해 주셔야 합니다.

6월 1일까지 완료되지 않을 경우 등록 포기로 간주되며, 대기 중인 다른 학생에게 자리가 넘어갈 수 있으니 반드시 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

여름 학기 등록을 완료한 모든 학생의 학부모님께서는 오리엔테이션에 최소 1회 이상 반드시 참석해 주셔야 합니다.

※ 추가 오리엔테이션 일정은 5월부터 6월 말까지 계속 진행될 예정입니다.

영어로 진행되는 오리엔테이션 일정도 별도로 준비될 예정이므로, 영어 설명이 필요하신 학부모님들도 편하게 참석하실 수 있습니다. 다만, 한국어가 어느 정도 가능하신 경우에는 한국어 오리엔테이션 참석을 권장드립니다. 한국어 설명을 원하시는 학부모님들이 많아 초기 일정은 주로 한국어로 진행되며, 이후 영어 오리엔테이션도 순차적으로 진행될 예정입니다.

아직 등록하지 않으신 학부모님이나 프로그램에 관심 있으신 분들도 함께 참석 가능합니다.

Summer Semester Orientation Notice

This summer orientation is a required event for parents of students enrolled in the BCA Prep, SAT Intensive, SAT Weekend, and SAT PM programs.

During the orientation, we will go over important information regarding the summer program structure, study strategies, attendance policies, testing schedules, and other key expectations students and parents should be aware of.

Orientation sessions will be available at both the Palisades Park and Closter campuses, with weekday and weekend options available for your convenience. Additional dates will continue to be added, so please check the orientation emails for updated schedules and attend on a date that works for you.

In addition, summer tuition payment and level testing must be completed by June 1.

If both items are not completed by June 1, the registration may be considered forfeited, and the student’s seat may be offered to another student currently on the waitlist. Please make sure to complete all requirements on time.

All parents of students officially registered for the summer semester are required to attend at least one orientation session.

※ Additional orientation sessions will continue to be offered throughout May and until the end of June.

Separate orientation sessions conducted fully in English will also be available for parents who prefer English explanations. However, if you are somewhat comfortable with Korean, we recommend attending the Korean orientation sessions, since many parents prefer Korean and most of the earlier sessions will primarily be conducted in Korean. English sessions will gradually be added later as well.

Parents who have not yet registered, as well as families who are still interested in the program, are also welcome to attend.

The first orientation session will begin at the Palisades Park campus on 5/9 at 11:30 AM in Korean.
